Position: Barber/Stylist (Full-Time and Part-Time) *** Now Offering a Signing Bonus!
Job Summary: Responsible for providing superior customer service. Provides consultation to clients, selects equipment, cuts hair, styles and finishes hair.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Providing superior customer service
- Greet customers upon arrival and guides them through our list of products and services
- Maintain a presentable and professional appearance for our customers
- Performs various Barber and/or Cosmetology Services on clients
- Clean around station, shop, bar, spa, restrooms and assist in washing/drying towels
- Stock shelves with products
- Systems utilization to schedule, view, communicate and check out patrons
- Promote services and membership programs
- Sell products or supplies
- Assist owner and manager in the marketing efforts of the business
- Open and close the location
- Participate in continuing education programs, trainings and staff meetings
- Train new employees as they join our staff
- Maintain required licenses
- Adhere and participate in all regulatory, safety and sanitation policies and procedures
- Perform other administrative duties
- Perform any other duties assigned by the owner and management team
Compensation: $11.00 - $20.00 per hour
