Position: Esthetician
Job Summary: Responsible for providing superior customer service and providing facials, waxing, wraps and other skin and body treatments to our customers based on their needs and preferences.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Providing superior customer service
- Greet customers upon arrival and guide them through our list of products and services
- Maintain a presentable and professional appearance for our customers
- Perform facials and other skin care services based on the packages our customers choose
- Provide skin care consultations for customers with troublesome skin or problem areas
- Clean around station, shop, bar, spa, restrooms and assist in washing/drying towels
- Up-sell treatments and products, when appropriate
- Take an interest in customers
- Responsible for managing inventory and supply management
- Stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience
- Stock shelves with products
- Systems utilization to schedule, view, communicate and check out patrons
- Promote services
- Assist owner and manager in the marketing efforts of the business
- Participate in continuing education programs, trainings and staff meetings
- Train new employees as they join our staff
- Maintain required licenses
- Adhere to all regulatory, safety and sanitation policies and procedures
- Perform other administrative duties
- Perform any other duties assigned by the owner and manager
