Esthetician

Position:  Esthetician (1099 Contract Employee)

Job Summary:  Responsible for providing superior customer service and providing facials, waxing, wraps and other skin and body treatments to our customers based on their needs and preferences.

Compensation: Service Commission + Retail Commission + Tips 

Primary Responsibilities:  

·       Providing superior customer service

·       Greet customers upon arrival and guide them through our list of products and services 

·       Maintain a presentable and professional appearance for our customers

·       Perform facials and other skin care services based on the packages our customers choose 

·       Provide skin care consultations for customers with troublesome skin or problem areas

·       Clean around station and turnover for next customer

·       Up-sell treatments and products, when appropriate

·       Take an interest in customers

·       Responsible for managing inventory and supply management

·       Stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience

·       Stock shelves with products

·       Systems utilization to schedule, view, communicate and check out patrons

·       Promote services 

·       Assist owner and manager in the marketing efforts of the business

·       Participate in continuing education programs, trainings and staff meetings 

·       Maintain required licenses

·       Adhere to all regulatory, safety and sanitation policies and procedures 

·       Perform other administrative duties

·       Perform any other duties assigned by the owner and manager
